It was our first visit to the Pho Hana Restaurant in Teterboro, NJ for dinner on 12/14/15 and our dinner experience was below our expectations. We ordered 2 pho dinners, the Large Pho Ga and the Medium Rare Steak Pho. However, we got charged for a Large Rare Steak Pho instead. We discovered this tonight after we got home & checked the prices online on their menu posted on Yelp. Other than being overcharged, we felt that the flavor of the Pho was extremely blend, that it tasted pretty bad. It tasted almost like water with some kind of lousy flavoring. Plus there was hardly any meat in our Pho. It was a rip off. On our way home, we did not feel good from the Pho. There must have been something in the Pho we were allergic to. For our poor experience, can we get our money back? Thanks for your quick response.



We contacted this restaurant on 12/15/15 but were told they didn't speak English, there was no manager or owner, owner wasn't there, employee was new,restaurant was busy or they simply hung up on us. In addition to quality of food, we are now uncertain their service is what they claim it to be. Again, we would like to request that we get our money back.
